Description
Whether you’re the leader of a district gifted program, the administrator of a school, or a member of a team of teachers you can influence everyone’s leadership effectiveness by advancing the C.R.A.F.T. of Leadership within your school. Developing the skills of collaboration, reflection, adaptation, focus, and trust will result in elevated outcomes, support overall achievement, and ongoing growth. This presentation will provide participants will the opportunity to explore their own skills of C.R.A.F. T. of Leadership and provide them with practical and easily implemented strategies that will advance the use of C.R.A.F.T. throughout their school.
