Dr. Sharon Nepote is an experienced educator and former principal who led the recent turnaround of a diverse elementary school south of Chicago. As a school leader and now as a Thoughtful Classroom coach, Sharon focuses on promoting shared leadership and high-level collaboration among all staff to improve professional practice and student learning.
Suzanne Jarrard has served as a teacher, administrator, and is currently the Assistant Superintendent for Teaching and Learning of a large county school district outside of Atlanta. Suzanne is guided by service to teachers and providing them with the support, resources, and PD they need to improve student learning.
